| Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details) | Job Responsibilities
1. Operations & Guest Experience • Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and recreational services • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
2. Leadership & People Management • Lead, motivate, and manage staff across all resort functions • Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees to ensure optimal staffing levels • Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented workplace culture • Conduct regular performance reviews and support employee development
3. Financial & Business Management • Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability; implement cost-control measures • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue
4. Sales, Marketing & Brand Representation • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and local stakeholders • Represent the resort professionally to guests, corporate clients, and the community
5. Facilities & Asset Management • Ensure the resort’s facilities, grounds, and equipment are well-maintained • Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors as needed • Oversee sustainability and environmental initiatives where applicable |
