Position Summary

Job Purpose: To create and deliver sales & marketing strategies and campaigns for the company. Also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services. 

 

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

  • Visiting retail outlet on every fortnight to service them on better sales.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Handling the queries of retail outlet and giving them end-to-end solutions.
  • Maintaining the progressive track record.
  • Planning for the sales of the month to reach the targets and get it done.
  • Opening outlets and ensure their proper running and daily operations.
  • Staff training and supporting for the sales.
  • Implementation of all the promotional activities and schemes from time to time.
  • Ensuring the availability of all the brands at the outlet.
  • Meeting with all the major parties and discussion regarding schemes and target of company.
  • Implementation of marketing material and maximum visibility of all the brands.
  • Ensuring the achievement of target given to parties and monitoring the sales of company product and its competitor.
  • Building a healthy relationship with all major dealers and owners.
  • Submitting report to Manager at the end of day for daily sales.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Process the claim on time in coordination with team and management.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
