Position Summary	Job Purpose: Represent the client on-site to monitor and ensure all interior works are executed as per approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)	Job Responsibilities: • Supervise interior finishing works (flooring, ceilings, furniture/furnishing, painting, etc.). • Ensure contractor work matches approved drawings and specifications. • Monitor progress and report status to Project Manager. • Conduct quality checks and highlight defects for correction. • Coordinate with consultants, designers, and contractors. • Verify materials and workmanship on site. • Ensure compliance with safety and project standards.
