Position Summary

Job Purpose:

  • Accountable for the reviewing the dealer’s files, bills and documents of sales claims, timely processing and reconciliation and interaction with dealers both verbally and via email for claim requests and relating issues.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Key Responsibility Area (KRA): 

  • Responsible for collecting the sales claim files and interacting with dealers for updates and follow ups for the dealer claim file.
  • Oversee the sales claim’s files of dealers for all over Nepal.
  • Determining and monitoring the leakage & breakage for claim settlement
  • Preparing letters and circulating email for any new scheme distribution and preparing MIS as required
  • Ensuring timely follow-up & processing of sales claim files (i.e. weekly, monthly and annually) 
  • Maintain proper (monthly, quarterly and annually) records as per dealer claim.
  • Maintain records for Refrigerator and Kegerator distribution file for outside valley
  • Verifying & Checking the claim files as per SOP 
  • Verification of all scheme, Complementary Scheme, Regular Scheme, Trade Scheme, Display Distributor, Claim Bills expenses & TDS in claim
  • Analysis report provided in claim vs actual sales
  • Ensure proper, correct and timely entry in SAP for claim reimbursement of dealers
  • Assist for filing & documentation of accounting record & retain them in proper way.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly closing procedures.
  • Coordinate and assist with audits as needed.
  • Any other assignment given by the immediate supervisor / management when required.
