| Position Summary | The role is responsible for plant maintenance operations — covering mechanical/electrical breakdowns, spare parts and energy consumption, and preventive maintenance scheduling — to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. |

| Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details) | Breakdown Standards – Define and establish machine breakdown standards for the plant. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – Maintain equipment History Cards and carry out time-based maintenance through planned/scheduled preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and corrective maintenance approaches. Daily Maintenance Operations – Efficiently carry out daily maintenance-related tasks and report progress and issues to the HOD. Training & Development – Organize training sessions related to engineering and manufacturing practices for plant personnel. Safety Promotion – Promote and uphold safe working standards throughout the workplace. Job Order Management – Prepare job orders and assign them to the appropriate personnel. Performance Reporting – Calculate daily OEE, MTBR, and MTTR; prepare related reports including energy consumption and DG (Diesel Generator) reports. Best Practices Implementation – Apply and implement best engineering practices such as Kaizen and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Audits – Conduct time-based audits across various plant sections and departments. Inventory Management – Coordinate with Engineering Stores to manage spare parts inventory and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained. |
