Position Summary

The Training Executive is responsible for Planning, Coordinating, Delivering, and Evaluating Employee Learning and Development Programs to enhance Employees' Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and overall Performance. The role supports organizational objectives by ensuring effective onboarding, training, customer service excellence, compliance training, and continuous learning initiatives while maintaining accurate training records and supporting employee development.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

 

  1. Training Budget:
  • Assist the Line Manager in preparing the annual Training & Development budget.
  • Monitor training expenses to ensure activities remain within the approved budget.
  • Maintain records of training costs and prepare budget utilization reports.
  1. Training Planning & Coordination:
  • Coordinate the annual Training Needs Identification (TNI) process across all departments.
  • Circulate TNI forms, collect departmental inputs, and ensure timely submission.
  • Analyze departmental feedback to identify organizational learning requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to finalize training priorities.
  • Ensure mandatory, statutory, compliance, and certification training programs are completed within required timelines.
  • Coordinate internal and external training schedules, venues, logistics, and participant nominations.
  1. Training Needs Assessment (TNA):
  • Analyze TNI results to prepare the annual Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
  • Prioritize training programs based on organizational goals, operational requirements, competency gaps, and business urgency.
  • Recommend appropriate learning interventions for identified skill gaps.
  • Review and update training priorities periodically.
  1. Trainers Management:
  • Circulate In House Trainers Identification forms, collect departmental inputs.
  • Identify and maintain a pool of qualified internal trainers.
  • Prepare and maintain the master database of internal trainers.
  • Source, evaluate, and coordinate with external training providers and consultants.
  • Maintain trainer profiles, training history, and performance evaluations.
  1. Training Calendar Management:
  • Prepare the Annual Training Calendar (In house & External) based on the TNA.
  • Prepare the Annual Training Calendar covering both internal and external training programs.
  • Obtain approvals from the Line Manager and Management.
  • Execute training programs according to the approved calendar.
  • Coordinate trainer availability, venues, training materials, equipment, and logistics.
  • Coordinate for the training nominations and confirmations to participants.
  • Monitor training attendance and completion status.
  1. Training Delivery & Employee Development:
  • Deliver Training Sessions as per Training Calendar, on customer service, soft skills, behavioral competencies, operational procedures, and company policies.
  • Conduct orientation and induction programs for newly hired employees.
  • Facilitate refresher training, workshops, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support department heads in implementing On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
  • Encourage continuous learning and career development initiatives throughout the organization.
  1. Training Evaluation & Effectiveness:
  • Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments.
  • Collect participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Measure learning outcomes and assess knowledge transfer to the workplace.
  • Prepare training effectiveness reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor employee learning progress and competency development.
  1. Training Document & Report:
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, certificates, and competency assessments.
  • Data Seeding & Uploading and maintaining training records in the HRIS.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, presentations, learning materials, and facilitator guides.
  • Ensure proper documentation retention in accordance with company policies.
  1. Employee Engagement & Learning Culture:
  • Organize Learning Campaigns, Knowledge-Sharing Sessions, and Employee Development Initiatives.
  • Promote employee participation in learning and development activities.
  • Coordinate learning recognition programs and acknowledge employee learning achievements.
  • Support initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  1. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all training activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
  • Maintain training records to support internal and external audits.
  • Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  • Recommend improvements to training processes and learning systems to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  1. Report: Preparing Monthly Training MIS Report. Daily & weekly report
